INKD WOOD (3mm) MDF

Beautiful 1/8" INKd/printed MDF sheets that measure 11.75" x 20.375" and are Glowforge compatible! Our MDF sheets are NOT masked on EITHER side and provide a FULL camera view with each cut. These sheets are great for laser cutting or cnc milling. Variety of patterns to choose from!

INKd just means that the material has a UV printed (laser safe) design on MDF. Since MDF is a wood, the PRINT will have a MATTE finish and will inherit some of the MDF properties, and may have a slight dusty finish and may NOT be perfectly smooth due to the natural texture of the material. Depending on the type of material will determine the finished look and how they are printed. These are printed directly onto the material with a very RIDGID ink that will provide long lasting results and great cut quality. Please review the descriptions below to learn about each material, size, and print, to determine which one is best for your application:

1-side MDF - this will be printed on a SINGLE-side of the MDF substrate to provide a MATTE finished image on that side, while leaving a raw MDF substrate on the other side

2-side MDF - this will be printed on BOTH-sides of the MDF substrate to provide a MATTE finished image on each side while still having a MDF core

ACRYLIC patterns are also available!

GForge - these are 11.75" x 20.375" MDF sheets that are glowforge compatible, and provide a FULL camera view with each cut!

CORE - these are 6.5" x 11" MDF sheets that fit into Beamo, K40, and a variety of other small laser beds. core sized sheets are also great for smaller projects in big lasers! the listing image shows a 2x2 sample swatch, and how the pattern scale differs on a CORE sheet vs a GForge sheet. NOTE: the core size pattern is 60% of the GForge pattern size! so the CORE sheet would be better for smaller projects to show more plaid per sq inch vs the larger GForge sheets!

MAX - these are 19" x 24" MDF sheets that are compatible with GLOWforge PRO passthru, Thunder, or Mira laser, along with a variety of other large laser beds! these are great to cut multiple small items at once, or larger projects, signs, and designs for your customers!
